2. Products & Services

UnboxJoy is an online store selling premium device skins, wraps, and accessories for laptops, mobile phones, gaming controllers, tablets, and other gadgets. All products are shipped across India.

• All product images are for representation purposes; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify prices at any time
• Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice

3. User Accounts

Registration

To place orders and access account features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

Account Security

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• The shipping address and contact details you provide are accurate
• Payment is made in full at the time of order via the available payment methods (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or Cash on Delivery)

We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified, if the item is out of stock, or if fraud is suspected. You will be notified and refunded in such cases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days
• Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days depending on location
• We ship across India; international shipping is not available at this time
• UnboxJoy is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns when something is wrong with your order — not for a change of mind. Every skin is made to a specific device, so we can only take an item back if it reached you faulty or incorrect.

When you can return an item

Within 7 days of delivery, if:

• The product arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• The product is unused and still in its original packaging

When you cannot

• You changed your mind, or ordered the wrong device model
• The skin has already been applied to a device — applied skins cannot be returned
• More than 7 days have passed since delivery

Who pays for return shipping

We do. If the item is genuinely damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, UnboxJoy covers the cost of sending it back. You will never be out of pocket for a mistake on our side.

Getting your refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using our Store, you agree not to:

THE STORE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE STORE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNBOXJOY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE STORE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE ORDER IN QUESTION.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
